It was only a dream. That's what it feels like anyways. In the in-between it feels as though a thousand tiny needles are pelting me with a force that as far as I can tell is impossible to stop. That night was a mistake. A million little mistakes that make up one huge mistake. He spoke and I was frozen.

The only thing I ever think about is that night. A thousand moments drift in and out of my consciousness. He got in and I let him. I stand before everyone changed, no longer someone I can look at in the mirror.

Sleeping Beauty

Currently about to watch the newly released Sleeping Beauty. Last night I watched all the extras about how they animated the film. It was so interesting to see how much work the old school animators had to put into creating a feature length animation without digital help. Did you know that Eyvind Earle had his hand on every single background in the entire feature? That is absolutely incredible. Anyways, now that i'm done being a nerd i think i'll go watch it.

Some Inspiration

It's been a while

ok... so this is why I hate caribou coffee... (besides having awful coffee)

So tonight I decided that I was in the mood for a delicious cup of iced coffee with just a touch of cream and sugar. So I of course opted for A Fine Grind which is kinda far... but worth it. I arrived and to my disappointment they were closing early... I of course didn't hold it against them because they have never let me down before although I was a little bummed because i wanted to use the internet...

So I'm driving back to my apartment more than a little disappointed and I decide that I will stoop to the lowest level and go to caribou coffee but only because starbucks doesn't offer free wifi... So I get to the counter and order a large iced coffee, might I add a basic necessity at a COFFEE shop, and they tell me they don't have any iced coffee left... I mean WTF what a buzz kill... Am I right!!!!! Geez... I thought it was just a no brainer that a coffee shop would carry cold pressed coffee...

So here I am at Starbucks... paying for internet because fucking AFG was closed, Caribou needs help, and Comcast is a piece of shit!!

also my bird hates me... what else is new

I did get my coffee though... even if it isn't the finest grind in the land. that's all for now

Currently sitting in Spyhouse. I am soaked because it's raining outside and I walked here. I just ate a turkey avocado sandwich and am sipping on my iced turtle mocha. Perhaps I should have gotten a warmer drink. I'm trying to work on my stupid media 2 project, but I am stumped. My teacher likes very abstract artsy things and I just don't make things like that. I also refused to go to her office hours because she gets in my bubble and I don't like that. Ode to procrastination plays here...

Cool April Morning

My Kay Day

10:44 I arrive at class just in time. (class starts at 10:45) and choose a seat.

10:57 Kay arrives during Anthony's presentation, and takes a seat next to me

Class resumes with 4 more presentations. Kay is interested and I doodle about how bored I am

12:00 One girl decides that her presentation has to be really long and boring so we must sit quietly until she finishes.

12:05 FREEDOM!!!!!!

Well Kay... What should we do today? Breakfast??? Hmmmm Mickey's or Bad Waitress.... or HELL'S KITCHEN!!!

12:45 We arrive at hells kitchen and kay orders apple juice and i order black coffee because that's the color of my sunglasses. We then proceed to order 2 plates of their delicious lemon ricotta hotcakes. MMMMMM :)

1:45 Kay's Apartment... lounge for about a half an hour, and then head out on our weekly shopping adventure.

2:00 Our first stop is to pick up Kay's lost sunglasses at this beautiful antique shop that I can't remember the name of.

2:05 After picking up the glasses we realize that St. Vincent De Paul is right around the corner!!!!

3:00 After I wheeled about in a wheelchair, and lied about needing one for a play, we finish at St. Vincent De Paul and we head out with our arms full of treasures. I spent $5.40

3:30 We pull into the parking lot of BEAD MONKEY!!!!

4:30 After a quick tutorial from the bead lady we are now set to make our own necklaces!!!

We head to Michaels and on the way stop at a lets just say retro pet shop where they still sell puppies. I thought peta banned that in minnesota!!! We browsed through the shop looking to see if they had any conures... they didn't.

26 more dollars spent at Michaels...
A stop at Chipotle for me...
and...

Back to Kay's Apartment where we canoodled for the rest of the night...
